Looks like Hollywood hottie Ben Affleck is on an award winning spree. He recently won the best director award at the Director's Guild of America (DGA) awards for his movie Argo.

The movie is based on the real life incident in which Tony Mendez, a CIA operative, led the rescue of six U.S. diplomats from Tehran, Iran, during the 1979 Iran hostage crisis.

Affleck, 40, earlier won a Golden Globe and Critics Choice Awards for the same movie, reports dailystar.co.uk.

The event took place on 2nd February.
