India is less than two weeks away from the release of a brand new Star Wars movie, the second since George Lucas sold Lucas Film to Disney in 2012 for more than $4 billion. So what does he think of the upcoming Rogue One? Apparently he liked it! Director Gareth Edwards revealed that George Lucas has seen the movie and based on what he said, it seems as though the response was quite positive. That, made Gareth Edwards very happy. Here is what he had to say.

"Two days ago we got to show George the movie, and we all had a phone call and I got to speak with him yesterday, and I don't want to put words into his mouth, but I can honestly say that I can die happy now. He really liked the movie. It meant a lot. To be honest, and no offense to anyone here, it was the most important review to me. You know, you guys are important too, but he's kind of god... I will take that conversation to my grave. His opinion means the world to me."

Lucasfilm presents"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,"the first in a new series of Star Wars standalone films set in the universe fans know and love, but featuring new characters and storylines. And so was born the idea of creating films that would complement the new saga films, but also allow Lucasfilm team to explore the universe and experiment with different styles and different ways of telling stories.

"Rogue One" tells the story of a group of unlikely heroes, who in a time of conflict band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire's ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.
