History was revisited as Vashu Bhagnani and UTV's Himmatwala saw its very first song recorded in the grand retro style with a live 100 musician orchestra!
Instead of opting for the usual digital route, the makers chose to go back to the golden days and record a stunning track live with a full fledged old school orchestra which saw the presence of main lead superstar Ajay Devgn, director Sajid Khan, producer Vashu Bhagnani, Disney UTV's Siddharth Roy Kapur, music directors Sajid Wajid, singer Mika and lyricist Sameer.
The entire team were seen bonding and in great spirits after having such a rare experience and also cut a unique cake made of Indian barfees to celebrate the phenomenal recording and splendid start to the film!
Directed by Sajid Khan, Himmatwala is produced by producers Vashu Bhagnani of Puja Entertainment and Siddharth Roy Kapur of Disney UTV, and stars Ajay Devgn as main lead with the female lead to be announced next month.
