After the commercial success of the erotic thriller 'Hate Story', Vivek Agnihotri is back in action and this time exploring the new genre of Political & Historic Thriller cinema.
We already know that Vivek has turned producer with his most ambitious film Freedom under the flagship of 'Vivek Agnihotri Creates' and 'Durgamaya Entertainments Pvt Ltd'
But this time around he has chosen a totally different path in terms of content; Freedom has been hailed by media as the next big realistic based issue. Critically acclaimed actor Chandan Roy will essay a key role in the film and there are going to be some more exciting announcements in the coming weeks!
Vivek along with his casting director travelled the length and breadth of the country to handpick the talented actors and also sourced through 'talent sourcing' via social media. This will be a challenging film for the actors who would be undergoing rigorous training for couple of months. Vivek will give a chance to bright talents in industry and his film also deals with the same issue of youth and talent resources. News is that the director will be conducting workshops in Delhi where the actors will be confined to a room so that they can get into the skin of the character.
This definitely seems to be a film to watch out for which is all set to go on floors this October!
