    Abhishek Roy and Hena are a happily engaged couple. Problem arises when Dipa’s father Mr. Majumdar arranges her marriage with his friend’s son Dipak. But Hena convinces Dipak about her relation with Abhishek and the man steps aside. The couple now decides to marry. But then Abhishek’s boss and company owner Akash Dutta (who owns three tea gardens in Dooars) who turns villain when he eyes the ravishing Hena. Akash approaches Abhishek’s secretary Ranjana who refuses to play spoilsport. Then he turns to Abhishek’s former admirers Chandana (presently married with Inspector Ashok) and lures her with a huge sum and considerable amount of conviction. Chandana plays a game (though unwillingly) and Akash brings in Hena to view Abhishek in bed with Chandana. Hena breaks up. Akash then play another vicious plan to remove Dipak. Abhishek looses sanity. Finally Akash Dutta’s villainous and treacherous plans get caught in everybody’s web and Hena comes to confront his real character. Inspector Ashok and Abhishek attacked Akash and his ally Mr. Khan to terminate their alliance. Finally the estranged lovers conjoin after a prolonged gap.
