In a sylvan, timeless land, living in perfect harmony with each other, there exist two villages; Alampur and Palampur. Inhabited by people who are innocence, simplicity and love personified. Life passes them by without any complications or ups and downs. Their days are filled with laughter, mostly, if you discount some bizarre incidents. Their questions are sweetly inane, their logic beats all logic.
Some smart guys there have heard of Hindustan, they are aware of another country, Bharat, and a ‘Phoren Des’ called India. The occasional sight of a Bus drives them crazy. One day, nautanki toli arrives. Music and dance become the order of the day. Everything is adorable and hunky dory.
The merchant who brings goodies and other stuff from the outside world brings a bad news. Suddenly, Alampur Palampur becomes two different communities. Heartbreaks happen. There’s utter chaos and confusion. A devide is in the offing.
To make matters worse, a stranger, who is more like an alien to the two villages, lands up from nowhere.
All hell breaks loose.
