Sri Beniprasad was the owner of a company named "Model Drugs". Like all others companies, the labour of "Model Drugs" company had also many greivances. Regular bulletins had started being published and distributed in the campus of the company by the labourers. One day one such a bulletin caught the eyes of Sir Beni Prasad. Beni Prasad called the top executives for a meeting. Though Beni Prasad's son Dilip was directly connected with the company, he told his father that Beni Prasad should investigate the matter himself. Rammoy was a worker of Model Drugs. Due to immense interest of Rammoy, his son Basanta and daughter Reba, their house became the centre of fight between labours and owners of the Model Drugs. Jayanta was the key person of this centre, but actually who was this Jayanta nobody knew. Only Ram and the younger daughter of Rammoy, belived that Jayanta used to come here because of Reba. Beni Prasad took the disguise of a common labourer and started to investigate the real reason behind the labourer's grievances. He found that his managerial executives were not only dishonest but oppressors also. Even he was also badly treated by one of his executives. Basanta and Rammoy took him to their house. The atmosphere of their meeting was liked by Beni Prasad. The president of the meeting Jayanta came late. But Beni Prasad was suprised when he heard the voice of Jayanta. Jayanta under stood that Beni Prasad in disguise was present in their secret meeting. He instructed one of his men to break the glasses of Beni Prasad. Beni Prasad was unable to see anything as his glasses was broken. Jayanta postponed the meeting as he was suspecting the presence of the man who was against them. The meeting was postponed and Beni Prasad only asked who was Jayanata? Reba had the same question in her mind too as one day she saw Jayant in a rich dress in a sophisticated shop. The end part of the film revealed the identity of Jayanta.
