Director Debu Pattanayak has made a film which is neither a comedy nor an action. God knows what is it!!! The film starts with Rohit (Anubhab) being chased by the goons sent by his father Jairaj Balbant Roy. After that he befools an inspector and as a consequence his frightened father sends him to the college in town. In the town he starts fighting with the goons of that town’s famous Ranjit Bhai (Rahul Dev). Rohit goes to Ranjit’s house, eats sweets and fights with the goons and says “CHUMMA!!” Ranjit’s sister Preiti (Koel) falls in love with this chap and Ranjit-Rohit rivalry grows stronger. Preiti goes to Rohit’s house and cooks “Payesh” for his parents. Then Rohit wearing a silver mask kidnaps Ranjit’s daughter, then brings her home back and eats “Biriyani”. Incidentally Rohit’s father and two elder brothers come to visit him, and go to Preiti’s house and eat “Chicken Curry”, “Ilish Mach” & “Potoler Dorma”. Then Ranjit ties them up with trees and Rohit comes to rescue them. After that Ranjit-Rohit fight a duel within a circle and after being defeated by Rohit, Ranjit gives Preiti’s hand in Rohit’s hand.

This film lacks good acting, good direction, good dialogues, good cinematography, good action, good choreography and above all a consistency. Lots of repetitive sequences have made the film unnecessarily lengthy. The action scenes are more than horrible and irritating, in every scene the titles were flying on the sky. The song “Akash Janbe Paharo Janbe…” has been shot in a foreign location but the costumes worn by Anubhab are more than abnormal. The comic scenes of this film make the audience to develop a doubt on the sense of humour of the director. Murli Babu has made terrible choreography with those pain staking songs. Though Koel Mallick looks pretty but apart from that there is nothing right with this film.
