Raja Bhaiya is a story of a rich Pirl pratibha (Aarti Chhabria) who loses her memory due to an accident and saved from committing suicide under train by Raja Bhaiya's (Govinda) mom. As she cannot remember her name, they name her Radha. The girl also suffers from mental instability and is unable to lead the life of a mature girl. Raja's mom think that she will make a suitable wife for her son. Raja has taken on a life to celibacy and refuses to marry anyone.
