My Rating

  • Ready for Salman??? THEN GO FOR IT...

Ready rating: 7 out of 10(Akhtar Ali Sayyed wrote on 04 Jun 2011)

    do not underestimate three things...
Salman khan, Anees Bazmee & READY...

    Haye... koi toh roko....

    Salman Khan did it again.

A typical MASALA ENTERTAINER, with no new concept, but what made the movie different.

Its a treatment with the concept and a charm of SAL-MAN.

    To brief about the story.

Its a Love story of Prem (Salman Khan), a beloved boy of HUM SAATH SAATH HAI kind of Family and Sanjana (Asin), a niece of two enemy brothers Amar Chaudhary & Suraj Chaudhary, they both wanted Sanjana two marry their Saalas so that they will get 200 crores of Sanjana.
The story is all about how Prem confuses both the brothers and convince them for Prem and Sanjana's Marriage.

    To Brief about the Music...

In simple words Pritam's Music is DAMDAAR
whether is DHINKA CHIKA, CHARECTER DHILA, MERI ADA... all are just chart-busters.
there are not too many songs in the movie, the main concentration paid by the director was on the concept...

If we have talk about the Performances....

Salman did a fabulous job and well supported by Asin and other cast...

I found Mahesh Manjrekar's role copied form "X-cuse me" but he also did fair job.
I found Paresh Rawal Was introduced too late, but man.... what a performance...
I like few of his scenes like, UP-MP power confusion, book on his name, he considered himself as god and asks a statue to get alive...
Sudesh Lahri is a real lahri; he did a Lahrastic performance, you will laugh on hiseach and every majboori, when he sales fruits to the gundas, car cleaning, identification of the person with whom asin ran away, giving warning to the Amar chaudhary and always trying to say the truth but unable to it, were the few.
manoj joshi and manoj Pahwa played a good role as Salman's Uncles...
Sharat Saxena, Akhilendra Mishra and Punit isar were also good as Dons...
but the real Show stealer was EVA GROVER...
awesome man... the chemistry between her and akhilnder mishra was just amazing and too funny...

    Salman-Asin combo was also good...
whenever Salman made Paresh Rawal to imagine something, you will not be able to control your laugh.
Asin and Salman's chemistry is just cherishable. you will just love them together...

you will enjoy some dialogues and Scenes....
    life mein teen cheezo ko...
    koi toh roko...
    bhagwaan ko kaise bulate hai...
    lahri sab se khatranak...
    UP, MP...
    MODI's Conditions
    Golf...
    the market fight...
the Gym wala scene between salman, lahri and paresh rawal where he relieved about the book...
    Hospital...
    Car accident... etc etc...

    and above all...
    ABEY OYE AMAR CHAUDHARY....

you will like the Concept of PEE BREAK also...

fight scenes are also good enough to entertain you...

SANJAY DUTT, AJAY DEVGAN, KANGANA RANAUT, were too early for cameo, which made it an ordinary one...

SOMEHOW i felt that you will enjoy the movie at Single Screen rather than multiplex... the whistles, shouting etc... you will less find it in multiplexes...

    can we say???...

YEH CHARCHA FACEBOOK PE HAI, MAZAA BAS EK LOOK MEIN HAI....

yes, a sort of, if we talk about big screens then you will love for the first time as its all and all the situational comedy, which can be enjoyed with the entire family once in the theater.... after that... DHINKA CHIKA, DHINKA CHIKA....

    in my View...
    its 3.5/5 for the flick

So if you are Ready for Salman??? THEN GO FOR IT...
