More than the story, it's the performances that add meat to this small little film which comes unnoticed.
Sunny, Isha and Konkona are marvelously restrained, it's Irrfan Khan who walks away with the film with his sledgehammer act of the nosey cop who knows something's not right, but can't actually put his finger on the how’s of this mystery. He plays a righteous cop and he’s the best part of the movie which sets out to be a thriller, and manages to get in some moments while he’s on screen.
Sensharma is a welcome surprise, showing up in the second half of the movie, playing a lawyer fighting Deol’s case. And Deol is himself, the suspense is slack, and the completion lacks punch.
