Sexy thrillers or murder mysteries with a lot of the big ‘S’ in it are not all subjects that Bollywood or specially Tollywood are adapt in making into good films. The Tollywood films specially will promise a lot, but show practically nothing and have no content. Yet they try to titillate the audience. Therefore it is only natural that these kind of films will only be made by very small unknown filmmakers who will make such kind of films. We have one such film this week in the form of ‘Red Crazy Rose; which is regarding a double murder which takes place in a family. Both the son and the father (he was known as Barobabu) die unnatural deaths in two consecutive having being poisoned by someone. The lady officer investigating this case is replaced by her superior who tries to crack the case. She starts investigating the case and starts interrogating all members of the family. It seems that an illicit relationship existed between Barobabu’s wife (his second wife and much younger to him) and his younger brother who wanted to bump Barobabu and his son as Barobabu wanted to give all his property to his son. Among known names only Sanjiv Dasgupta, Papia Adhikari and Chiranjit feature. It is high time he stops featuring in such films as they do his image no good. A lady is constantly shown in a rocking chair from time to time. It seems as if the film is a complete family affair because it seems that the producer Malabika Ghosh happens to be the wife of the director cum lyricist cum cinematographer Arabinda Ghosh. The editor is also someone called Arup Ghosh.Absolute trash!
