The movie depicts Rajib as corrupt Minirster who runs terrorism throughout the city. He was famous for his bureacracy through his antisocial elelments. Life was happy for Shubhankar Chakraborty until oneday his brother was murdered by the goons of Rajib. All the efforts of Subhankar went waste when the police played an inactive role as he lodged a complaint. The only witness of the murder, Rinku's father was also killed for his protest. Harassed and tormented Subhankar searched for a man called Mantu who got the guts to fight against all evils. At first, Mantu did not agree to come, for his mother made him swear that he will not indulge in fights. But later when Mantu's mother came to know about Subhakar's situation from a newpaper, she herself forced Montu do go to Kolkata and help Subhankar. He took shelter in Rinku's house and started his opposition against the red tapeism, bureaucracy and hired goons of Rajib. He caught hold of the murderers of Subhankar's brother and handed them over to Police. Seeing all this Rajib's brother-in-law planned to kill Montu by planting a time bomb in Mantu's car. Unfortunatley, Rink's sister was travelling in that car and got killed. A furious mob led by Mantu finally caught Rajib & his brother-in-law and killed them. Peace and harmony again came back to the city.
