    This is a story of relationship between a guru and his disciple. This is a story of conflict between a conventional music director and a modern music director. Pancham, a music director, belives in ethenic style of music. Suparna, an eminent singer, refuses to sing a song on Pancham’s notatin. Pancham refuses to record that song and goes for a long drive. In a village bunglow Pancham discovers Tiya, daughter of that bunglow manager who has a natural god gifted melodious voice. Pancham brings her to Kolkata to fulfil his experimental dream. Suparna now ties up with another music director Nabendu who composes his music copying from western & other musicians creations. Tiya renamed by Pancham as Antara now has become a wellknown singer. Nabendu, out of jelousy, snatches Antara from Pancham by playing tricks. He also starts avoiding Suparna and promotes Antara in t.v, film & stage shows. Suparna starts feeling insecure and asks help of Antara. Antara decides to withdraw hemself from singing and pretends to have throat cancer. Pancham is shoked on hearing the news and wants to meet Antara but could not find her. He goes to that village and finds Antara over there. Antara surrender herself to Pancham.
