    A woman named Trupti Ganguly comes to a govt. Hospital for the treatment of his son who was feeling a pain in his belly. The house surgeon named Dr. Shantanu wants to discharge the patient after examining him. But patient's mother requests him to admit her son in the hospital. The surgeon superintendent named Sujan Ghosh admitted him according to her request. Tripti, a teacher by profession visits her son everyday after school. One day suddenly on her way, she meets her husband named Sunil Ganguly. Then she turns away her face and goes away by bus. She recalls her past. Their love affair matured into marriage. At that time the career of Sunil was every normal. After their marriage Sunil got promotion at his work and his ambition grew higher and higher. To mantain his status he become habituated with party and drinks. Trupti having middle class mentality coudn't accept the changes in her husband. On the other hand Sunil was insulted by the boss for his mistakes. Being drunk Sunil returned to his house and beats his son heavily without any reason. Trupti can not tolerate her husband's behaviour and left the house with her son. Now she returns to present and comes to know that her son is suffering from appendicitis. Dr. Sujan Ghosh decides to operate on him. Coming to know the news, Sunil comes to hospital to visit him. The operation is successful. At last all the misunderstandings were resolved.
