The Story, set in the backdrop of a small town, revolves around sub-inspector Dibakar Singho (Jeet), a brave proud police man who serves in his hometown which is a small town.
Dibakar Singho settles every dispute in his town patiently with his words of wisdom and logic and resorts to force only when the situation demands it.
Puja (Nusrat Jahan), a city girl who comes on vacation to the town, falls in love with Dibakar Singho. Bhajan (Kharaj), Dibakar Singho’s bumbling colleague and friend, often accompanies him.
Everything seems to be smooth running until Arjun sarkar (Supriyo Dutta), a big time extortionist with shady mafia dealing confronts to the angry Dibakar Singho and he this starts tension between them.
Arjun Sarkar, unable to do anything because the town is under the control of Dibakar Singho and his supporters, leaves humiliated. This hurts his ego and he uses his political clout to get Dibakar Singho promoted to inspector and transferred to his place (Howrah) in order to extract revenge. Dibakar singho comes to Howrah where he sees corruption like never before and faces trouble due to the influence and power of Arjun Sarkar. He accepts the challenge and as they lock horns, things take a different turn.
It’s out and out Jeet’s show. The action sequences are the USP of the film. Jeet has been portrayed as a lion in the action sequences. It’s a tribute to the West Bengali Police and proves that there is a lion in every honest police officer........(From Official Source)
