Must Watch for Suriya's performance.

I am one of the minority who disliked the prequel Singam ,which was remade in Hindi as well.It was too crude at times.
But Singam 2 is a better sequel.
Singam 2 is logically better and well helmed by Hari.Surya is the lifeline of this film and is completely convincing as the brave police officer Durai
Singam.Here he tackles the drug mafia in a new operation which was shown as secret at end of first one.
The action sequences are well helmed. I particularly enjoyed the rain fight sequence which is by far the best action sequence I had seen in recent years.
Music is the only big minus other being the screenplay which seemed a drag towards the end.
Some chase sequences too interesting was a bit tiring.Danny Sapani was not too impressive as the villain as shouted too much.
Overall a good entertaining film.
