After a long exile in forest lord ramachandra was passing happy moments with his pregnant wife sita. One day the spy durmukh trought a shcoking news that the countrymen were unhappy with sita and ramachandra should leave her. So he after consulting with the sages banished sita. Without sita’s life became miserable. After few days he had to do another inwanted job. On the requests of sages he had to kill king shambuk, king of the sudras. Wife of shambuk cursed ramachandra that he would never see happy days again in his life. Years had passed. Sita gave birth to two sons-lab and kush. Lab and kush hold back the horse released by ramachandra for his horse-sacrifice and defeated shatrughna in the war. Lab came in that horse back to meet ramachandra but fainted when he saw sita’s gold statue. Sita heaving all these came to the plare of sacrifice. She was so ashamed and so hurt; she requested mother earth to take her in lap. Mother earth responded to sita’s appeal and sita went deep in fire the earth.
