Straight was perhaps just a little bit too staid. The movie is about a man who runs a restaurant in London, called Pinu, who was jilted by the girl he was supposed to marry. Pinu has never been intimate with a woman and the conflict within himself increases as he becomes more and more unsure about his own sexuality. He eventually comes close to two people who come to work with him, a cashier (Gul Panag) and a cook-cum-stand up comedian (Anuj Chaudhary). The movie then deals with the escapades that he undertakes to discover his sexual identity.
The 1st half is boring and the movie looks as if it has been stretched to last its entire duration.
It doesn't live up to the expectations set by Vinay Pathak in his earlier ventures.
