Young Ananda attacked by the goons asked for a shelter in a house at Jorabagan. Accidentally the master of house was the leader of goons. His name was Kalapahar. Ananda found Uma, a young girl there and was surprised. That evening a few people came with a car and they rescued Uma from there. The woman who worked as maid servant in Ananda's house was actually a member of Kalapahar's gang. One day she brought Uma again to Kalapahar's den by deceiving her. Ananda, hearing this news, went to police station but police could find neither Uma nor the maid servant there. So Ananda was literally shattered. Seeing Ananda's condition his friend Pranab joined Kalapahar's gang in disguise. From there Pranab came to know where Uma was kept. Pranab along with Ananda and a few people went to that place and rescued Uma from there. Pranab was in love with Gita. Gita rescued his love for her Pranab and left for country tour. Pranab while touring fell ill and came back. Ananda wrote a letter to Gita stating the physical and mental illness of Pranab. Gita was very upset after refusing Pranab. She came hurriedly to see Pranab. Kalapahar again came to take away Uma. But instead he took away Gita. This time he was caught red handed by police. Ananda and Uma united, and so were Gita and Pranab.
