So far, so cool. All praise to director David Fincher — far from the dark territories that made his rep with Alien 3, Se7en, Fight Club, The Game, Panic Room and Zodiac His astutely restrained direction fuses ferocity and feeling and creates a world you want to get lost in.
Brad Pitt looked and acted magnificant. Credit goes to the Make up artist. When benjamin shows up in his early twenties , he really looked like that. Splendid Brad!
Some 'Buts'...
Benjamin was born as a baby with all 90 year old syndromes, on the way to grave. His life rolls backwards. He grows younger , he grows like a baby becomes young boy then a young man. His mental age waving forwards, he tends to forget things. In the very last we see Benjamin becoming a little boy then a baby with 90 year old mind. But How can he become a baby??? Within the due courses of nature he should have died with a perfectly grown figure but with an aged mind. I could not simply understand, how on earth a human body could shrink in such a way that he gets back to the size with which he was born??? The case may be 'Curious' but should not have been as 'Curious' as it's been portrayed!!!
Otherwise, Simply Superb!
