    Very Impressive narration!

“Duchess” is a kind of story which is though a story of one woman, about her marriage life, her personal life, her love life, and etc, but still not been shown us in some usual mediocre way, but shown us in a very sophisticated way.

The story revolves around in the mid of 17th and 18th century, where a woman name “Georgina” became the Duchess (Queen) of the Devonshire after her marriage with the King Duke. Everything was going on well but until one day when she produces a girl child, and made King Duke highly very upset. Later she produced two more female children’s and this strengthens the bad relationships between Husband Duke and the Wife Georgina. The Duchess decided to dedicate her life in the world of politics and was trying to be happy. However one fine day Georgina finds out that her best friend Lady Bess Foster is having an affair with her husband and later he also declared that she will be with her lifelong, as she was having her three male child’s of her own. Totally depressed Queen Georgina finds her life exciting one day when she fell passionately in love with Charles Grey, a rising young politician. Later when King Duke founds out that, he ordered the Duchess that if she will not end up being affair with Charles Grey he will abandoned of being mother from her three children.

Simple story, but narrated in a very sophisticated way. Each phase of story and the scene after scene will make you of being interest in the life of “The Queen – The Duchess” Georgina. The story is being narrated in a very sophisticated way and in a very highly broad minded way as the story tells us something that it is happening in an around mid of 17th to 18th century.

Director Saul Dibb has done something incredible job along with his team. This film has actually won one Oscar award in his list along with many nominations and many won awards in different category and for different name awards.

Worth watching for all the critics, and for all the audiences who just wants to experience something new.

    Rating: 4 / 5
