Head or Tail? Flop or a Hit? Lets toss it!
Written and Directed by Ramesh Khatkar, is highly inspired by suspense type Hollywood films. We have seen numerous type of this film, either in Hollywood and ofcourse some in Bollywood. Ramesh Khatkar had given us one more in the list. A bunch of friends, got a full bag of money in some jungle, slowly-slowly everybody is getting killed, reason greed of money, at the end nobody gets the money, and the all the money goes to khadde mein! Same old fairy tale story!
The first 30mins was very interesting, but after that the director showed us the whole story in just a few seconds. The ending was pretty much judged after that. Apart from some good editing and good camera work, this movie gives you nothing.
The story was needless dragged and the songs were just situation based. From the performance wise, Prashant Raj did his best in his villainous attitude. Ashmit and VJ Ranvijay were Ok. Aarti Chabbaria was good but too much skin show. Rajpal performed too good, especially his flying kiss style, but unfortunately too short role. Zakhir Hussain also did well. I also like the performance done by that little kid, but very bad image and very bad ending given to him. Mahesh Manjrekar and Sushant Singh literally wasted their talents.
Overall, if we toss it, a flop or a hit? Then…Ohh my god!! This is the Sholay ka Coin. Both the sides have flops only! Hard Luck Ramesh Khatkar. Next time Toss it with the real coin.
