    Shekhar (Priyanshu) is the businessman and won the best businessman award of the year. In the celebration party, he meets Amar Shah (Rakesh), the owner of Shah industries. They two become friends and Amar challenges him that by hook or crook he would surely call Shekhar at Canada where his house and business are being set up. At that night, when Shekhar was driving the car and in order to save a child, he meets with an accident in which Amar gets killed. His friend takes him away from there but later on he feels very guilty and decides to surrender himself to of Amar’s family. When he reaches Canada, he sees that Amar’s family is in a state of high depression and his father neither speaks nor talks. Their family members forgot the word of smile. Amar’s fiancé, Piya (Sandali Sinha) was taking care of their business but all the employees left the job and company was making a huge loss day by day. Lakhs and lakhs of Rupees were in debt. Shekhar then decides to help them, and by this at least Amar would forgive him. He decides to work in the company without any money. Initially Piya didn’t agree but she was feeling some ray of hope. But now will Shekhar grow up the loss making company? Will he bring back the smile in the family? What will happen if everybody get to know that he is the one through which Amar got killed?
