Tum Se Achcha Kaun Hai is based on the theme of a village boy's realisation of a dream to be a part of the film industry. Arjun Singh lives with his bhaiyya, bhabhi and nephew in small-town Jaisalmer. He dreams of going to Mumbai and becoming a singer there. So he sets out for Mumbai little knowing that the city which is known for its opportunities is also known for its harshness.
In Mumbai his friend Naina helps him to get in touch with Monty who means well for Arjun. He creates opportunities for Arjun to sing. Arjun is a simpleton and Mumbaiis a difficult place. Arjun is on the verge of returning to Jaisalmer when a stroke of luck changes his entire world.
Naina arranges a road show for him where he is spotted by Bobby, the daughter of a business magnate. She is the Midas to Arjun and with her help Arjun is able to create a place for himself. His fame is celebrated far and wide.
In the midst of all this, Bobby finds herself attracted to Arjun whereas the latter and Naina discover themselves to be inexorably in love with each other. When Bobby learns about this, she goes into a frenzy and fires a shot at Arjun which strikes him on his arm. As if this was not enough she drove her car down from a cliff in an attempt to end her life.
Life naturally does not stop for anybody and a year later we see a semi-paralised Bobby sitting on a wheel-chair and watching Arjun being felicitated at an awards ceremony as his wife Naina looks on.
