There are certain good sequences in Vishwaaropam.Kamal shows he is a good director than a actor. The set pieces are good. The cinematography is on par with Hollywood films.
The dialogues are well weaved into the narrative. There is lack of logic when terrorists induct a spy without questioning.Excessive gore(like Kill Bill) should have been avoided.
The investigation sequences resemble Dasavatharam and same with the dove-radioactivity link. While in Dasavatharam, the vial concept was explained with simplicity, here complex terms like Faraday shield are introduced. Also the heroine character is not well-defined and the way she suddenly grows admiration for hero is funny to say the least(Again True lies inspiration)!!Also the film seemed rushed at some points with various unexplained sequences. The screenplay and direction is some notches above Dasavatharam.
KAMAL disappoints as an actor but impresses as a director!!Vishwaroopam makes for a decent one-time watch!!
