What a fabulous entertainer. Excellent music by the great - R. D. Burman. It had some fabulous songs.
'Chura Liya' with Zeenat in white cullottes and a guitar became a rage; O Meri Soni', a melifluous number shot on mountain ridges is the evergreen hummable number. 'Lekar Hum' and 'Aapke Kamre Mein Koi' provide the pulse while the quintessential classic which never fails to tug at the strings of the heart is 'Yaadon Ki Baaraat' - the title song.
The movie is pacy, with villians and lost brothers running amock, the glamour quotient upped by Zeenat and an item number presence of Neetu Singh.
Whenever you chance upon it on TV, every once in a while, while changing channels, you can't help but linger on and watch it till the very end.
